makeover for my bloggy blog?

I've been looking at the ol' bloggy blog and I'm thinking it looks a little like an unfinished living room. It doesn't really reflect any kind of personality and looks like we just moved in. I picked this average template because I wanted to go ahead and open it up before the wedding, but I never had time to make it look pretty. Well, no time and no talent.

I am not what you'd call a computer wiz. I stick to the basics because I'm sure I'd flub it up and end up frusterated.

So I'm calling in for for serious overhaul help! If you happen to be one of those super brainy, artsy fartsy people with some spare time who can whip me up a happy new layout then I would luh-huv to hear from you! Leave a comment here or message me on Facebook.

A little info in the off chance that anyone might be interested-- I like whimsical things, vintage, simple, girly but not a pink and princess overload.  Thanks!

woop! woop! ladies night!

Last night I left Tommy at home to play Call of Duty with Brandon while I met up with some long lost friends for an awesome Ladies Night out!

We met at Mugshots for dinner and then had a super fun scavenger hunt through downtown Tuscaloosa! The tasks included...

1)  Snag a Resturant to-go menu

2) Get a resturant to-go cup and a picture with the giver

he didn't quite understand that i just wanted a cup, not a drink.

3) Video a team member escourting someone across the street.

4) video your team stuffing an imaginary elephant into a mailbox

5) Take a team picture in Government Plaza

Our team beasted and we beat the "Young Adults" by two items! Go little girls!

our first adventure

Hello friend! Welcome back! 

Tommy and I have been home from our wonderful honeymoon for a while now. It's taken me a while to post this because we've been super busy and my pictures are in all different places and I never can remember where I put anything! Luckily, my mommy got me organized today.

For those of you who don't know, we went on a cruise and had a fantastic time! It was a seven day Western Caribbean cruise. Beautiful, beautiful places. The water was bluer than I would ever have imagined! Anyway, here are some of my favorite pics! I'll be making an album on Facebook of all of them sometime, but don't hold your breath because, based on precedent, it will probably be a while!
